Good design is hard…
Fortunately, I've started early.
Designer — Facilitator — Strategist — Gentleman
Bonjour hi !
I'm a multi-faceted designer whose work spans 20 years in Ui, Ux, product, enterprise design… and more ;-) I've risen through the ranks to become a Lead Designer, pivoting between employee and entrepreneur along the way. This dual perspective allows me to design for the user without ever losing sight of the business goals. Somebody has to.
Intuition makes pretty things. Intention makes things that work.
I combine Vision & Strategy, Facilitation & Workshops, and Systems Thinking to design outcomes.

Vision & Strategy
I'm turning ambiguous goals into decisions, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
Facilitation & Workshops
I create the conditions where stakeholders understand the project, find their role in it, and leave ready to move.
System Thinking
I translate tangled systems into clear models that teams can act on, using the right tool for the right context.
Good design matters
Coherence
Identity, experience, architecture, and offering line up so they don't quietly contradict each other. That alignment is the design.
Systemic
Craft matters, but in service of the whole. Beauty bolted onto an incoherent organization is a symptom, not a solution.
Connections
The real problem lives between the layers, not inside any one of them.
Collective
Often it's just making the invisible visible so a group can align. The designer hosts and maps more than authors.
Care
A warehouse worker's dashboard deserves the same seriousness as a slick consumer flow. Maybe more, since nobody's watching.
Actionable
Good design lets people act, and holds up whether or not anyone's admiring it.
Great organizations need more than one thing from their designers.
Across these clients, I've delivered the full spectrum — from early-stage strategy and user research to prototypes, design systems, digital products, and large-scale transformation.
