Aliments du Québec

Auditing the tech stack to scale a beloved brand — without disrupting operations.
Aliments du Québec needed to put the right technologies in place to scale quickly — sustaining rapid growth while keeping its systems, teams, and ecosystem coherent.
The challenge: rapid growth had exposed a critical weakness — a brand's success can weaken its foundations when the organization hasn't yet built the technological capabilities to sustain its own evolution. Processes had become inconsistent, and accumulated technologies no longer supported the current complexity, strategy, or team operations.

Ran an enterprise design analysis using the EDGY model, examining people, activities, objects, and outcomes to map the whole organization end to end.
Built an enterprise map highlighting essential capabilities, critical dependencies, and friction points across teams and technologies.
Redesigned the information architecture to align systems with product-origin validation and clearer, simpler customer journeys.
Clarified roles and optimized internal processes while keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the transformation.

This might not look fancy, but the information architecture needs to be good first.
These are the relationships between different pieces of content — the fundamental elements to build on.
Delivered a clear path to scale
The organization gained clearer customer journeys, simplified system interfaces, and greater growth capacity — all while preserving brand strength and ecosystem coherence.
