Aligning teams and moving them from idea to action — with a brand to match.

We make high-quality workshops… ask me about the bread in the picture! ;-)

&friends is a strategic co-creation studio I co-founded with Éric Letarte — helping organizations align teams and move from idea to action.

The studio needed a website and visual identity that felt as sharp and collaborative as the work itself — clear enough to sell complex services, warm enough to feel human. I built the brand and the site, top to bottom.

Defined the brand direction — voice, colour, and art direction for a consultancy built on collaboration.
Structured the offering so enterprise design, design sprints, and workshops each read clearly to a busy client.
Ran hundreds of sprints and workshops — turning strategy sessions into real, lasting alignment.
Taught and coached facilitation to hundreds of people, from first-time hosts to seasoned pros.

A shared language for enterprise design

Along the way we built EDGY — a visual framework that lets leadership, teams, and partners look at strategy, culture, operations, and experience on the same map, and actually agree on what they're seeing.

We turned it into a game

La Partie Prenante (aka The Boardroom Adventure) drops a team into a fictional company and lets them feel, in an hour, what usually takes years to learn the hard way.

A brand, a website, and a framework that finally match the ambition of the work — clear, collaborative, and ready to grow with the practice.
