Connecting shippers, carriers, and contractors without losing a single truck to an empty return trip.
Shippers, carriers, and contractors were all operating on disconnected processes, relying on phone calls, load boards, and brokers as costly middlemen.

The real challenge was designing a single platform that could align every stakeholder around on-time delivery, while making sure no carrier drove back empty.

Conducted qualitative research and SME interviews across shippers, carriers, contractors, and brokers to map real pain points end-to-end.
Mapped the full stakeholder journey, from material request to final payment, identifying where pain peaked (planning and driver assignment).
Designed the end-to-end "golden path," turning fragmented, phone-driven workflows into standardized onboarding, in-app messaging, and assisted carrier matching.
Delivered a full web portal and mobile app — load creation, live tracking, driver profiles, and payments — validated before development began.
