AutoUsagée.ca

The used cars of a whole association of dealers, searchable by budget, distance and the way people actually shop.
  • 4ways to search: a car, a recreational vehicle, a dealer, a technical spec
  • 22versions of the vehicle sheet before it was right
  • 2016launch, then a year of improvements in SCRUM sprints
Buying a used car is a leap of faith. The AMVOQ wanted its members' cars to feel like a safe bet.

The AMVOQ is the association of Québec's used-vehicle dealers. AutoUsagée.ca brings their inventory together in one place, with the association's certified vehicle program and advice for buyers. Libéo answered its call for tenders in 2015 and got the mandate.

I designed the interface, from the brand standards to every screen: the search, the results, the vehicle sheet, the technical data, the advice and the certified vehicles. The site launched in fall 2016, then kept growing in SCRUM sprints through 2017: dealer pages, a dealer search, finer results and error pages.

Start with a budget. A price range and a distance from your postal code, before any make or model.
Narrow it down. Year, condition, transmission, mileage, certified or not, and colours shown as swatches.
Compare the results. Price, mileage and key specs on every line, with the active filters one click away from removal.
Read the sheet. Photos, description, specs, options, warranty, and the dealer with a map and its other cars.
Do the math, then reach out. A payment calculator by month, week or day, and one button for a price, a test drive or a question.

Where AutoUsagée is today

AutoUsagée.ca is still the AMVOQ's marketplace in 2026. Devicom now builds and maintains it. Search still starts with what you want: a car, truck or SUV, an RV or heavy vehicle, or a dealer. Technical data and road tests now sit in a Resources menu. Checked on autousagee.ca, October 2026.

The full story, with the screens and the workshop details, is best told in person. Book 30 minutes with me to talk about it.

A marketplace for a whole association of dealers: four ways to search, a vehicle sheet refined over 22 versions, launched in fall 2016 and improved in sprints through 2017.
